For our christmas the location was great and beautiful, adjacent to the restaurant in the evening, and Newmarket town centre. Also, the venue was 10 minutes' walk to Palace House Museum.

all great, everything you need for the christmas. pleasant personnel is from cleaners through to management. it has great and lovely location in beautiful grounds, in a local area. plus, it is set 2 miles from a b racings.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Church of St Agnes, and the room we booked had a nice balcony.

Our stay at Bedford Lodge was fantastic! We were in Newmarket for a few days and the hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to the town center. The staff provided excellent service and were very attentive to our needs. The room was comfortable and the bed was extremely cozy. We had a great view of the stables next door, which provided constant entertainment throughout the day. The hotel is also conveniently located near the famous gallops, offering a unique experience for horse racing enthusiasts. The breakfast was delicious and the staff made us feel well taken care of. our stay was enjoyable and we highly recommend this hotel.

The Spa at Bedford Lodge Hotel is absolutely incredible. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly and helpful staff who made us feel right at home. The facilities were top-notch, with attention to detail and a relaxing atmosphere throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed our massage experience and left feeling rejuvenated. The Deluxe room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The breakfast selection was extensive, although I would have liked more choices of pastries. The bar area offered good service and impeccable attention to our needs. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

One small drawback was that the room we stayed in was slightly smaller than expected. Additionally, the seating in the bar area was limited, and we were seated in a cold and dark function room while waiting for a table.

This place is in a nice area near the center, a great location for exploring. The service was excellent, from the room service to the friendly staff. The room had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including a flat-screen TV and tea/coffee facilities. The spa and wellness center were fantastic, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. The spa lounge was a perfect place to relax and unwind. The on-site car park made it convenient for me to bring my vehicle.

The hotel is well-maintained with dedicated staff members who work hard. the location is peaceful and cozy. the check-in process is efficient, and you'll find yourself close to Cortado Espresso Bar where you can enjoy delightful desserts. the restaurant at the hotel serves delicious food in a warm atmosphere.

The helpful staff and great spa were standouts, as well as the location, which was well-positioned for exploring the surrounding area. The spacious rooms were equipped with all we needed, and we were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable cots provided.

Our experience was not without a few drawbacks. For instance, the shower performance wasn't up to the high standard we have experienced elsewhere, and the service in the bar was slow, with some of the staff coming across as curt.
